Free & Reduced Meal Application

Children need healthy meals to learn. Our schools offer healthy meals every school day. Breakfast costs $1.65 at each of our schools; lunch costs $3.25 at the Elementary Schools and $3.50 at the Middle School and High School.

Your children may qualify for free meals or for reduced price meals.

Reduced price is $0.30 for breakfast and $0.40 for lunch. On July 31, 2019 the Governor signed SB 82, also called the Breakfast Bill, which became effective July 1, 2019.  This bill calls for the State to pay the reduced breakfast cost, $0.30, for those students who qualify for reduced priced meals.  Our students who qualify for reduced price meals will get breakfast for free.

To apply for free or reduced meals, use the following link to access the online application.

To gain access to account balances or to make a deposit into your child's account, you will need to access http://www.myschoolbucks.com/.

Your low balance notifications need to be reset. Your My Nutrikids password will work on the new site.

MySchool Bucks Rate Increase

Shaker Regional School District has been informed that MySchoolBucks will be raising their processing
fees for the online payment portal for cafeteria payments. Beginning March 7, 2024 the fee will be
$3.25 for all credit/debit card prepayments done through their portal. The District does not set the
processing fee, nor do we receive any of those fees. There is no charge to use the portal to look up the
balance in your child’s account, or to review what your child has purchased. As always, you can send
cash, check, or money order to your child’s school or to the Superintendent of Schools Office to put
funds on your child’s account. Please make checks or money orders payable to Shaker Regional Food
Service and make sure you provide your child’s name. You may send one payment for multiple children,
but please remember to send a list of how much you would like put onto each account.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to Nancy Cate, Director of Food Service, at
603-267-6525 x1352 or Michele Donelan, Accounts Payable/Food Service Clerk at 603-267-9223 x5308.
