If you are planning to enroll your child(ren) in the home education program, you will need to complete the "Intent to Enroll in Home Education Form" found below. Please submit the form to the Superintendent's Office at 58 School Street, in Belmont. The home education laws only require you to notify the district at the start of your program, and you do not need to submit yearly intents. You are required to notify us in writing if you enroll the child in a public or private school so that we can terminate the home education program.
